Was in need of a guitar service for my son, found Andy via a Google search and dropped him an email over a weekend, Andy replied the same day and was able to get us booked in for a date that suited us. Met Andy at his workshop and after describing our issues he provided us with a breakdown of his approach and an indication of cost. 24 hours later the guitar was ready, looked like new and played perfectly, my sons been glued to it since and says it’s never played so sweetly.
