Andy is a joy to work with. I’ve been coming to him for a while now with all my problems and he is patient and helpful and takes the time to explain all the work he’s done. He always has time for you, no matter how big or small the problem is. I’ve had a few small silly issues which he’s sorted on the spot and also a fairly major one too. You know that you can take your pride and joy to him and it will be in the safest of hands. I bought an ES-335 off him a few months ago and when I was busking a few hours from home the wind blew it over and the headstock snapped. I called him on the spot and brought it straight to him. He reassured me everything would be alright (I needed that at the time) and even asked when I next needed it for a gig. The repair is immaculate, and it plays just as well. And it was done in less than a week. I can’t recommend Andy highly enough. A true pro. I’m so glad to have a luthier I can trust with the guitars I use to earn my living.
