At the beginning of February, I realised the action on my Ibanez was way too high. I found Andy through his website and visited his workshop in Uphampton near Ombersley on a Wednesday morning. His workshop is truly amazing. I explained that I needed the guitar for the following Saturday morning.  True to his word it was ready on the Friday morning. It is now better than new. The action is perfect even at the 12th fret and the pickup works properly. The balance between treble and bass was missing. I used it on the Saturday morning to provide some Django type background at a charity fundraiser attended by the Mayor of Droitwich. Over £400 was raised and the Mayor enjoyed the acoustic sound we made.
