This is a rare and sought-after model from October 2005, Modeled after the classic Tennessee Rose from 1962. This beautiful Gretsch Broadkaster bass was built in Japan by Terada and it is in amazing, un-marked condition and comes with its original case. These super instruments cut a dash on any stage.

G6119B Broadkaster is an elegant single-cut bass with semi-hollow body and the short, 30-1/2″ long scale. As all short-scale basses (30-1/2″ scales on these models are around 3″ longer than the regular baritone guitars), this one is also made for players who find the standard ones (34″-35″ scales) inconvenient, too heavy, too bulky. Also, it`s made for players who like the distinct tone of a short-scale bass. G6119 Broadkaster comes in smooth Walnut Stain, or Orange color schemes. Both have chrome-plated hardware. Top of the body of this exquisite four-stringer is fit with a roller bridge with trapezoid tailpiece in the back. In the front, Gretsch installs a pair of humbucker pickups. Set in maple neck is fit with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
