“I searched the Worcester area for guitar techs/luthier and found Andy, after a quick phone call he agreed to take my guitar in the very next day.  I have a beautiful RG655 Ibanez, which wouldn’t stay in tune (surprise!), a wobbly tremolo arm, and a recent chip on the body.  In just a couple of days, Andy had set the guitar up beautifully, with very low playable action,  fixed the trem which stays perfectly in place, and touched up the chip which can barely be seen now.   I’ve played the guitar for days now and it’s remained in tune with no further adjustments necessary.
