Over the course of the past year, and despite living over 150 miles away, I’ve had all my guitars set up by Andy and I have to say out of all the many techs I’ve used, Andy is by far and away the best I’ve come across. His vast knowledge of guitars is second to none, his workshop is vast with numerous machines/tools for the really clever bits, his attention to detail is always reassuring, his prices are competitive, plus his turn around times are always very good. My latest purchase, a 2011 Charvel Star, needed setting up as Floyd trems are a mystery to me, so I arranged with Andy to pop in and get it fettled on the way up North after buying it. A couple of hours later it was sorted ready to make its debut at an upcoming gig. I’d have no concerns recommending Andy for any job, big or small, on our precious babies – you won’t be disappointed with his excellent workmanship.
